PHC Holdings has consolidated the offices of its newly purchased airline, Planet Airways Inc., into a new facility at 4700 Millenia Blvd. in Orlando. The airline (OTC Pink Sheets: PHCD), which operates domestic and international charter flights on Boeing 727 aircraft, previously had offices in Fort Lauderdale and Orlando. It also has a maintenance facility at Orlando International Airport. Planet Airways, incorporated in 1995 by co-founder and entertainment mogul Louis J. Pearlman, expects to receive approval from the Federal Aviation Administration to start scheduled service operations sometime during the first half of 2005.
